All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. All orders are shipped via UPS except those going to Hawaii and Alaska. We ship via USPS to Hawaii and Alaska.
Damages and Shortages
Please report all shortages within 2 days of the receipt of your shipment. Be certain to unpack you order, checking the inside of each carton, because merchandise is consolidated to save on shipping charges. If you don't report shortages within 2 days of receipt we will not send replacements.
If an order has been visibly damaged in transit, report it to the carrier immediately. Be sure to keep the inside components and whatever outside product is not damaged -- only the broken component will be shipped. Also, keep all packaging, because the carrier may want to see it.
Submission of claims is not grounds for nonpayment of invoice. The undisputed amount must be paid within terms.
All sales are considered final.
