What is your minimum order for retail?
We have no minimum for retail. You can order as low as 1 piece. Keep in mind that the shipping charges will be a much larger percentage of your order than if you ordered more items.
What is your mimum order for wholesale?
Our minimum order for wholesale is $50.
Are the products safe?
Yes. The footprint and handprint kits are contains packets of plaster of paris. It is a non-toxic mixture. Detailed instructions are included. As long as the instructions are followed the product is safe.
Is it hard to do the molds?
No. We strongly suggest two people work together. We included detailed instructions for mixing the plaster of paris so that it is the proper consistency for doing the molds. Sometimes it is necessary to redo the impression. You can smooth out the container and do the impression again. Press as hard as you can with the baby's foot or hand to make the best impression.
What happens if something arrives damaged?
If any component of your product is damaged during shipping--we will replace that component free of charge with your next Karen's Keepsakes order. Please save the shipping box and call us or the carrier immediately. Be sure to keep the inside components and whatever outside product is not damaged --only the broken component will be shipped.
How quickly are the orders shipped?
All orders are processed within 24 hours. If you need the products in a hurry, let us know. We can if need be send the products out via Next Day, Second Day, or 3 Day Select. Be aware these services are costly and are done at the customers expense.
